REQUEST FOR CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATIONS

The Brownington Town School District requests General Contractors to submit completed AIA A305 Contractor Qualification Statements for construction of a 6,750 SF addition and related renovations to the existing Brownington Central School located in Brownington, Vermont.

The Work must include all trades necessary for a complete project. The schedule requires work to begin in spring 2010 with a fall 2010 completion date.

Contractors must have proven experience with similar sized school projects and provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit and insurance covering the performance of said work.

Qualification Statements must be received in triplicate no later than end of business on Monday, March 8, 2010 at the offices of:
